Extreme Engineering to be Featured on Good Day Sacramento
Good Day Sacramento Reporter Courtney Dempsey will be reporting live at the Newcastle production facility of the world's largest supplier in patented, award winning zip lines, climbing walls and adventure products for the amusement and resort industries.
Sacramento, CA, January 09, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Tune in to Good Day Sacramento (KMAX-TV; CW 31) on Tuesday, January 14th at 8:00am PST to see Extreme Engineering’s award winning Fly Wire™ Zip Line and other exciting attractions in action. Good Day Sacramento Reporter Courtney Dempsey will be reporting live at the Newcastle production facility of the world's largest supplier in patented, award winning zip lines, climbing walls and adventure products for the amusement and resort industries.
Most notably, Reporter Dempsey will brave the Fly Wire™ Zip Line, which recently received one of the most prestigious honors of “Best Major Theme Ride” at the 2013 International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA) trade show in Orlando, Florida. IAAPA honors the best and brightest industry professionals representing amusement parks, water parks, family entertainment centers, zoos, aquariums, science centers and museums.
While onsite at Extreme Engineering, Dempsey will experience the ultimate rush of zip-lining nearly the entire length of a football field (300 feet) across the sky. With speeds reaching up to 21 MPH, the Fly Wire™ is the only zip line of its kind, using the safest equipment on the market so thrill seekers (and Good Day Sacramento) can soar through the air with confidence. Dempsey will also test her strength on climbing walls, launch off on Extreme Air™ Jumpers, and will get her hands dirty on the assembly line where Extreme Engineering manufactures products for thrill seekers and entertainment enthusiasts on an international level.
Jeff Wilson, CEO of Extreme Engineering states, "We are excited to spend our morning with Good Day Sacramento at our factory. What a better way to start off your day than with the adrenaline rush of being propelled through beautiful Newcastle on a zip line. Who needs coffee after that?”
