Southwood Graphics Acquires CarWraps.ca

Toronto, Canada, January 13, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Southwood Graphics Inc. announced today it has completed the acquisition of the promotional vehicle vinyl wrapping company CarWraps.ca from its parent company Mango Moose Inc.

CarWraps® was founded in 2001 and specializes in fully wrapped promotional vehicles for a varied list of companies ranging from Fortune 500 companies to local businesses and franchises.

“We see it as a strategic fit to our existing fleet graphics business,” comments Jeff Stairs, President of Southwood Graphics.

“With the advent of performance vinyls such as matte black and carbon fiber wraps we are seeing a big demand from consumers to customize their personal vehicles,” adds Stairs

Southwood Graphics will incorporate the CarWraps® brand into their existing Mississauga location. CarWraps®capabilities will also be added to their installation services across the country through their network of certified installers.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
