Become a Certified Baseball Umpire

Lowell, MA, January 16, 2014 --(PR.com)-- The Greater Lowell board of the MBUA is offering their annual High School Umpire Certification Clinic starting Saturday January 18th, 10:00 AM, at the Tewksbury Little League Recreation Center, 100 Chandler Rd, Tewksbury. The Clinic features 6 weeks (5 classes), each a two hour discussion of the Major League Baseball Rules, MIAA Rules and field positioning. The MBUA exam will be administered on March 1st and successful candidates will become certified MBUA umpires. The cost for the Clinic is $100 that covers the course, exam and 2014 Dues to the Greater Lowell Board.
