Terramor Homes Welcomes Bryan Watkins as Field Manager

In his role, he will oversee all trade partners for homes under construction in the two communities, ensuring all projects are completed on schedule and that high standards of quality are met. Additionally, Watkins will facilitate customer warranty requests and meet with buyers to provide a pre-walk through of the home, answering any building, quality or manufacture questions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Prior to joining the Terramor team, Watkins was a field superintendent for a local builder for 10 years. A native of Wake Forest, N.C., he resides in Raleigh with his wife Jessica and their two sons, Talyn and Brody.
