Raleigh, NC, January 22, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Southern Gospel Magazine is pleased to announce that they have added Dr. Carolana Callaway to their staff as a monthly writer.
Dr. Callaway began her song writing career after retiring as a Human Rights Ambassador for the United Nations in New York. She served in post-conflict areas in Africa and South America.
"Each song I write has a basis of my life, as an ambassador. God led me into many lands to add depth and tapestry to my work as a songwriter," says Callaway.
"Callaway comes with a very diversified background and is so willing to share with all of us," said editor, Ruthie Brewer. "She's an awesome and articulate writer and will add so much to our magazine."
Brewer announced her appointment in the December 2013 issue of Southern Gospel Magazine. Her column began in the January issue.
