Navori TYCOON software selected by IDCkick for a Digital Signage Deployment in over 150 pharmacies.
Lausanne, Switzerland, September 28, 2007 --(PR.com)-- iDklic has launched the first dynamic advertising network for a pharmacy chain of over 150 stores located in Belgium. The company’s activities are mainly focused on the medical market but they also cater to the luxury segment such as high-end cars, fashion clothing and cosmetics.
Idklic’s Pharma TV network will be rolled out to 30 stores in its first stage under the iDsolutions brand. iDsolution uses NEC 3210 LCD displays driven by the Idklic’s own iDecoder unit.
The software platform chosen to drive this project was developed by Navori SA, a Swiss company with 10 years of experience in the design of Digital Signage software applications. Security is ensured via isolated VPN tunnels and each player is connected to the network via DSL. The administration, maintenance and content programming is handled by the network branch of iDklic, “iDklic Network”.
The overall objectives of the network are to inform clients, enhance the shopping experience and improve the average sales transaction by promoting high-margin and impulse products.
iDklic media network is a “Pharmacy TV Channel” which features a 7 minutes animation loop, composed of 20 second ads.
The advertising loop is optimized based on the average time a customer spends (or shops) in the store. The loop is a well-researched mix of local point of sale information (opening hours, promotions), animated ads, general information promoting good health and government health campaigns.
“We chose Navori Tycoon after a rigorous selection process since we needed a software provider we could rely on and that could adapt the software to meet the most demanding market requirements. The co-op agreement we signed with our customer is based on a 48 month term and the advertisers include some of the top 10 worldwide multinational pharmaceutical companies”, said Jean-Charles Figoni, Strategy Director of iDklic.
