Stuart Oberman Appointed as Counsel for the North Atlantic Professional Hockey League

Oberman (Oberman Law Firm) has been appointed as General Counsel for the North Atlantic Professional Hockey League (NAPHL), which will kick off its inaugural season in the fall of 2014. The NAPHL will be geographically located in the North Atlantic Region.

Mr. Oberman will advise and consult with the NAPHL on a wide range of legal matters such a corporation transactions, league sponsorships, media and licensing agreements, intellectual property, team and player matters, as well as general contract negotiations.
