Teletherapy is a video-to-video with audio communication between client/patient and the physician, professional/therapist via their computers at two different locations, such as in the home for the patient and the therapist can be many miles away in their office providing the therapy necessary, in real-time. This is to address the students in rural area schools that may have a therapy profession-wide shortage.

Co-founder Thomas Clay states; "Teletherapy has been out there for some time as we know and after doing some studying and found many benefits this could offer our clients, we decided to slowly look into offering this to clients that have met all requirements. Also we are still researching the best videoconferencing software option that is HIPAA compliant and easy for the client to install on their computer. We don't want the task of 'gearing-up' our clients computers. Just a simple software download is all we would require since most consumers now have video/audio capability on their laptops and smartphones."
