Flanged Mini Indexing Plungers from Elesa UK
Elesa’s new GN822.8 flanged mini indexing plungers for assembly onto thin sheet material. They can be used on jigs, tools and other industrial equipment for quick accurate positioning to pre-established indexes.
Metheringham, United Kingdom, January 29, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Assembly of indexing plungers onto thin sheet material is a problem addressed with Elesa’s new GN822.8 flanged mini units which are well suited to use on jigs, tools and other industrial equipment for quick accurate positioning to pre-established indexes.
Mounting on thin sheet is facilitated by the zinc die flange provided with two holes for assembly by use of countersunk head screws.
The GN822.8 features a zinc die body and AISI 303 stainless steel pin/plunger with polyamide operating knob – it is available with pin-out at rest and pin-in at rest.
