Summit View Hospice Attains National Accreditation Through the Community Health Accreditation Program (CHAP)
Reno, NV, January 31, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Summit View Hospice became Northern Nevada’s first hospice provider to obtain national accreditation through Community Health Accreditation Program (CHAP). CHAP accreditation demonstrates that Summit View Hospice and their staff meet the industry’s highest nationally recognized standards. Rigorous evaluation by CHAP focuses on quality of services and products, structure and function, human and financial resources, and long-term viability. Through CHAP certification, Summit View Hospice is also certified as a Medicare provider.

Founded and operated by local residents, with over 30 years of hospice and home health experience, Summit View Hospice’s mission is to provide physical, emotional, social and spiritual support to patients with an advanced illness.
