The gUnify Clio cloud connector can handle traditional hosted PBX services, while also extending the dial tone to applications. This will allow attorneys to accurately log billable hours in real time, meaning those using the system will never again work without compensation due to misreporting. As always, gUnify confidentially logs all important information, including the duration, date and time, and the contact information associated with each call.
This new collaboration, and its corresponding product, will be showcased at the LegalTech trade show to be held February 4th-6th at the Midtown Hilton in New York City. It is unique in that it is a full service provider, able to track calls from landlines, tablets and laptops, and mobile phones through integrated VOIP services.
