2014 Employee Voice Award™ Honorees Announced
Quantum Workplace presents the 2014 Employee Voice Award to 10 organizations nationwide for excellence in employee engagement.
Omaha, NE, February 03, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Quantum Workplace, an employee engagement survey company well known for its Best Places to Work contest, recognizes 10 organizations for excellence in employee engagement. The annual Employee Voice Award honors clients nationwide for outstanding commitment to employee engagement and workplace awesomeness.
The Employee Voice Award (EVA) honorees are recognized for their success in collecting, analyzing, and taking action on employee feedback. Quantum Workplace’s client recognition award is based on level of participation and employee engagement survey results. These honorees rose to the top with an impressive ability to implement engagement initiatives within their companies.
The EVA recognizes small, medium, and large-sized organizations in two categories: Raising Engagement and Highest Level of Engagement. The following organizations are this year’s 2014 EVA recipients:
Raising Engagement (Largest improvement)
1st Global (Dallas, TX)
SoftwareONE (Milwaukee, WI)
Highest Level of Engagement (Highest scores)
LAMMICO (Houston, TX)
Pro Athlete, Inc. (Kansas City, MO)
Bandwidth.com (Raleigh, NC)
Bethpage FCU (Bethpage, NY)
SoftwareONE (Milwaukee, WI)
Haskell (Jacksonville, FL)
Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. (Miami, FL)
Lutheran Senior Services (St. Louis, MO)
Tufts Health Plan (Watertown, MA)
Organizations represent industries in finance and insurance, technology, retail, construction, healthcare, and travel and leisure. As a part of the recognition, honorees will receive a custom engraved, six-foot rowing oar symbolizing the employees’ active contribution to steering the organization ahead.
Employee engagement is measured by the ability and willingness of individuals to exert extra effort for the benefit of the organization, their tendency to speak highly of the organization, and their intent to remain at the organization.
“An engagement survey gives employees a voice, but that’s just the beginning,” said Greg Harris, President and CEO of Quantum Workplace. “By actually listening to employee feedback and acting on it, these 10 organizations prove their ongoing commitment to employees and workplace awesomeness. We are very excited to formally recognize not only the success of the organization, but also the partnership as a whole.”
