Wayne, PA, February 06, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Wayne, PA-based Sage Realty LLC, one of the Main Line, Philadelphia Leading real estate companies, announced today that it will become a new type of buyers’ agency--one which accepts listings on Main Line homes for sale from a limited number of clients, past and present.
“We have found a huge increase in the number of satisfied clients who have previously bought with us who want to use us again but have a home to sell,” explained Managing Broker and Owner, Linda Walters. “In the past, we would have referred those folks to the best listing agent for the Main Line real estate area, but some of our clients felt uncomfortable with that approach. In an effort to provide the best on-going service, we have decided to tweak our exclusive buyer status a bit to allow for those relationships to continue."
Going forward, all agents with Sage Realty will still be buyer’s agents. But instead of being exclusive buyer- agents for every transaction, they will accept listings for past clients as well as new clients who have a home to sell before buying with Sage. Carefully-crafted policies will prevent any conflicts of interest so that the company’s Realtors® will never be representing both sides of any transaction.
