New Greener Alternative to Dry Cleaning to Open May 2014 in Luxury Condominium Retail Space
Chapel Hill, NC, February 07, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Greenbridge Condominiums, uniquely designed mixed-use development which offers luxury condos and over 3,000 square feet of retail space, has announced that H2Only Cleaners will open May 1 at the corner of Rosemary and North Graham streets. Just as Greenbridge Condos uses recycled and environmentally friendly materials in its units, H2Only Cleaners has a similar commitment to providing green, non-toxic cleaning of garments.
H2Only Cleaners owners Bill and Karen Tomko chose Greenbridge Condos for the location of their new 800-square-foot business because of their aligning green philosophies. Professional wet cleaning is tough on dirt and odor but easy on all fabric types and the environment. The breakthrough process uses water as the only solvent and is 100 percent free of toxins. The H2Only Cleaners team uses state-of-the-art finishing equipment to press garments before they are returned in biodegradable bagging.
The only wet cleaner in the Triangle, H2Only Cleaners first opened in Morrisville in 2004 followed by a second location in Raleigh. Once the Greenbridge location opens, H2Only cleaners will offer pick-up and delivery services for most Raleigh, Durham, Carrboro and Chapel Hill locations.
Greenbridge’s retail and commercial tenants include Bikram Yoga Chapel Hill; To The Woods hair salon; Caravela Coffee, a gourmet coffee importer; Newfangled, a web development company; Integrify, a provider of process and workflow management software; and the Southern Environmental Law Center.
The condominium sales effort gained significant traction in 2013 and currently is 70% sold. Among the available condominium inventory, one-bedroom floor plans are for sale in the mid $200s, two bedrooms in the low $300s and three bedrooms in the $600s.
