BMG India Announces 10-Day Green Belt Training and Certification Course in Hyderabad
Mumbai, India, September 30, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Six Sigma is a powerful methodology for performance excellence which helps organizations provide services / products better, faster and at a lower cost, whilst increasing levels of customer satisfaction.
The success of a Six Sigma implementation largely depends on how well it percolates down to the grass-root level in an organization. Green Belts, who are functional Six Sigma experts, play a critical role in cascading the Six Sigma way in their respective functions as well as across the organization.
BMG India announces a 10-day Six Sigma Green Belt Training and Certification course in Hyderabad. This course will be conducted in two phases in a 5-5 format.
The proposed dates of the training are:
Define / Measure / Analyze: November 26-30, 2007
Analyze / Improve / Control: January 7-11, 2008
Highlights of the course:
BMG’s Adult Learning Model shall ensure that the participant is able to get a hands-on learning of the DMAIC methodology and its tools. The focus of the training is on bringing about a thorough understanding of the Six Sigma concepts and their application to ensure sustainable capability development in the participant.
Certification requirements:
In order to get certified from BMG University, the participant will need to:
1. Complete the course
2. Pass four online exams of three hours each with minimum 70% and,
3. Submit one completed project report
Pre-requisites:
Each participant should carry a Laptop Computer with MS Office & Minitab version 14 pre-loaded. BMG India provides a 30 days demo version of Minitab software for first time use. The laptop should not have Minitab 14 Demo already installed and expired before coming to the training.
