Prior to her position with HCW, Muench served as an office administrator for Gaskell Media in Guilford, Conn. Additionally, she has more than three years of experience in customer service.

Muench graduated from Eastern Connecticut State University in Willimantic. A native of Norwich, Conn., she resides in Raleigh.
