Davidson Realty Honors Top Agents for Production, Service
Leading Jacksonville and St. Augustine, Florida, real estate company Davidson Realty, Inc. recently hosted an awards ceremony for its agents and staff.
St. Augustine, FL, February 14, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Davidson Realty, Inc., the premier Jacksonville and St. Augustine real estate company, extended gratitude to its agents for a successful 2013 by hosting its annual awards banquet on January 18 at the St. Augustine Rod & Gun Club. The event was catered by Blackstone Grill. Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson announced the awards while Troy Silhan from Bank of England presented them to agents and staff based on production, performance, and service tenure.

With more than $15 million in sales and more than $13 million closed, the evening’s top honor went to Mirtha Barzaga, who received Listing Agent of the Year, Sales Agent of the Year, and Closing Agent of the Year. Other agents who were recognized for exceptional sales and closings included Suzy Evans, Pauline and Woody Cake, Ted Tyndall, Beverly Morse, Jock and Leah Ochiltree, Ana Speziale, Ben English, Ron Savarese, Margherite Myers, Maxine Levy, Jennifer Todd, Lynn Whitley, Michelle Gonzalez, and Loreal Greathouse.
To thank new agents for their outstanding efforts, Davidson awarded Rookie of the Year to Caitlyn Hawkins, Ben English, Debra Pappas, and Amy Anderson. The annual President’s Award was given to agent Maxine Levy as well as marketing & social media VP Peyton Davidson.
Davidson’s Property Management Awards went to Ann Kuss (most in-house rentals), Andrea Gallagher (most properties referred), and Cindi Powel (Davidson Property Management’s 2013 Rookie of the Year).
