Henderson Franklin Welcomes Attorney Bill Allen to Business & Tax Team

Fort Myers, FL, February 14, 2014 --(PR.com)-- The law firm of Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A., is pleased to announce that Attorney Bill Allen has joined the firm as an associate in the Business & Tax practice area. He handles all forms of corporate transactional services, including review, analysis and preparation of all business related documents and contracts, formation filings and governing agreements for corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships.

While in law school, Mr. Allen was as an Associate for the Stetson Law Review, a Research and Writing Teaching Fellow, and a member of the Honors Program. While attending undergraduate school at The Citadel in Charleston, he was selected as one of two attendees to the Cambridge University International Summer School. Mr. Allen was also a staff assistant in Washington, D.C. for Representative Cliff Stearns (Florida). Prior to Law School, he was the general manager of a thoroughbred breeding farm in upstate New York and oversaw all facets of commercial breeding and boarding, and managed equine investments.

Mr. Allen received his undergraduate degree from The Citadel (B.A., cum laude, 1999), his law degree from Stetson University College of Law (J.D., magna cum laude, 2011), and is a L.L.M.
