The ATC Freightliner Group Announces New Corporate Parts Manager

Dallas, TX, February 15, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Mr. John C. Miciotto, Jr. President and CEO of The ATC Freightliner Group announced today the promotion of Mr. Ryan Hadley previously the parts manager for Fort Worth Freightliner • Western Star. “The growth of the ATC Freightliner Group, and our plans to continue growing, causes us to re-evaluate and adjust our approach to continue our success. The position Ryan is assuming, and its revised focus, is an example of how the company evolves to meet market and customer needs. Ryan started with The ATC Freightliner Group in May 2000. Mr. Hadley became Parts Operations Manager in at Fort Worth Freightliner • Western Star in 2005. In 2010 he was promoted to Parts Manager assuming overall responsibility for parts operations, sales and customer relations. In addition to his management responsibilities, he has served as Continuous Improvement Coordinator (CIC) and has implemented numerous improvements to the ATC Group’s processes. “With his focus on continuous improvement and with his expertise in parts, Ryan will be instrumental in driving consistency among dealerships and differentiating the ATC Freightliner Group Parts Departments from our competitors,” said Miciotto.
