Off-Key Chorale Provides Voice Therapy for Music Lovers with Parkinson’s

Sarasota, FL, February 15, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Therapeutic Choral Singing sessions for music lovers with Parkinson’s will help those with voice disorders raise their voices in harmony every Tuesday from January 14 to March 4th from 1:15 to 2:15 pm at Sarasota Memorial’s Institute for Advanced Medicine, 5880 Rand Blvd in Sarasota.

Under the direction of Joseph Caulkins, Artistic Director for the prestigious Key Chorale, and with live musical accompaniment provided by the Artist Series Concerts of Sarasota, therapeutic oversight is provided by the Southeastern Center for Parkinson’s Disease.

The sessions are free and lunch is provided from noon on (for those who sing for their supper)!

Although this is the second season that the Off Key Chorale has worked with the Neuro Challenge Foundation to offer these sessions, the Key Chorale has just completed its 27th season in bringing the highest quality chorale music to the Sarasota area. And, the Artist Series Concerts is in its 17th season, featuring live, talented professional musicians to entertain and inspire.
