Jo To Go Coffee Hires Franchising Veteran for New VP of Franchise Development Position
Jo To Go Coffee has hired a new Vice President of Franchise Development. The new VP, Tom Ragan, brings over 20 years of national food service franchise experience.
Green Bay, WI, September 29, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Jo To Go Coffee® President Dick DuBois has announced that the drive-thru coffee business hired veteran franchisor Tom Ragan for the newly created Vice President of Franchise Development position.

With over 20 years of experience running and developing franchise systems at notable quick service restaurants such as Wendy’s, Papa John’s Pizza, and the Krystal Company, Tom Ragan brings a wealth of experience to Jo To Go Coffee.
His vision for the drive-thru coffee franchise involves focusing his efforts on matching existing franchise business owners with the Jo To Go Coffee system.

Tom gained his initial quick service franchise experience at Wendy’s as a Manager Trainee. He was promoted to Regional Director of Operations for Wendy’s, where he directed and managed 78 company-owned restaurants in Florida.
Tom was later hired by Papa John’s Pizza to manage and develop their franchise system. Under his direction, the Papa John’s Pizza Franchise System grew from a small regional chain to over 1500 stores, and the projected sales of future franchise stores skyrocketed from 120 locations to over 3800 locations.
Tom also brings extensive franchisee experience to his new position, as the owner of five Papa John’s Pizza stores in Northern Louisiana, a Damon’s Restaurant in Birmingham, Alabama, and as the Operating Partner of a multi-unit DQ Grill & Chill franchise in Southwestern Florida.
