Following the successful reorganization of the Company’s operating structure last year, the Company is taking further action to streamline its focus and expedite its focus on offering Clinical Analytics and Business Intelligence services. Effective February 15, 2014, SynaptiCore is forming two business units Technical Solutions Unit and Analysis and Consulting Services Unit.
