Daniel Rodda is a Lead Consultant with Meridian Compensation Partners, LLC. He consults with compensation committees and senior management on all aspects of executive and director compensation, developing customized compensation programs aligned with business strategies and the governance environment. His consulting work includes incentive plan design with appropriate risk management, responses to shareholder and regulatory feedback, proxy disclosure, pay and performance alignment, equity compensation plans, and severance arrangements.
Daniel works with companies in diverse industries, including a significant number of banking and financial services organizations. He is also a frequent speaker and writer on executive compensation trends and developments, particularly as they relate to the banking industry.
