Nikolay is highly involved in her local home purchase business and enjoys working with USDA customers. Nikolay comes to GSF Mortgage with an extensive sales background. She started off in heavy truck equipment sales and transitioned into pension administration for an insurance company. She did training for an agency office in Wausau that concentrated on obtaining 401k clients. Later on, she worked in inside sales for a life insurance agency.

Due to her experience of working with life insurance, she partnered with a mortgage broker who wanted to sell both mortgages and life insurance. Shortly after starting there, she decided to get her mortgage origination license as well and has been originating for the last 15 years.
