Allstate Wins Pink Elephant’s 2013 IT Excellence Award: Case Study of the Year

Winner Awarded at Final Day of Pink14 at the Bellagio Hotel, Las Vegas.

Burlington, Canada, February 21, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Today, Pink Elephant, a global provider of IT Service Management (ITSM) education and training, honored Patrick Soule, Director, Infrastructure Services, Allstate, with the 2013 IT Excellence Award: Case Study Of The Year at its 18th Annual International IT Service Management Conference & Exhibition, “Pink14.”

The award is the final of five IT Excellence Awards that were presented at the event, which was held February 16-19, 2014, at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas. The previous four awards were: Innovation Of The Year, Project Of The Year, Practitioner Of The Year and IT Leader Of The Year.

Soule was presented with the award for his case study presentation on Getting Your Daily Dose Of C: Bringing Awareness & Value To Your C-Level Leaders. In his session, Soule demonstrated how Allstate has evolved and established regular meetings with their C-level leaders for Change & Release, Problem Management and Operational Release Readiness. He also detailed what these leaders care about and how IT professionals need to put accomplishments into words and numbers that get their attention and drive forward business results.

This award is different from the other IT Excellence Awards as the winner is selected by fellow Pink14 attendees.
