Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Honors Four Top Utah Agents and Sugar House Branch at Awards Ceremony
Salt Lake City, UT, February 22, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, one of Utah’s leading providers of real estate services, has honored four of its top sales associates and its Sugar House branch office in Salt Lake City for their outstanding business performance in 2013.
The company awards were handed out at the Coldwell Banker Annual Awards and Recognition Ceremony, held last week at the Little America Hotel in downtown Salt Lake City.
The Sugar House office was named the top office in the company for its overall performance last year. The branch outpaced nine other offices along the greater Wasatch Front in winning the honor. Led by manager Craig Lelis, the office features 73 sales associates serving the Greater Salt Lake City area.
Mike Lindsay, with the Union Heights office in Midvale, was named the top individual agent. Jimmy Wu, also of the Union Heights office, was recognized with the top real estate team award. Carter Lowrance of the Sugar House office received the Rookie of the Year award. And Liz Slager of the Salt Lake-Avenues office was honored for top customer service.
In addition to his team award, Wu received the President's Award, one of the company's most prestigious honors. The President's Award is presented annually to an agent or support staff member who has consistently demonstrated the highest standards of service, productivity, teamwork and leadership.
“Jimmy, Mike, Carter and Liz, along with Craig and his team in the Sugar House office, are some of the most talented, hardest-working professionals in real estate," said Chris Jensen, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Utah.
"What makes all of them so successful is that day in and day out, they go above and beyond when it comes to serving their clients," he said. "As a result they've had tremendous success and are very deserving of these honors. We're proud they're on our team here at Coldwell Banker."
The awards ceremony was co-sponsored by Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage's business partners, Axiom Financial and American Home Shield.
Several senior executives with the company and its partners attended the event, including Greg Macres, executive vice president of NRT's western region; Kacie Ricker, regional vice president of marketing for Coldwell Banker; Peggy Neldner, regional vice president of relocation; and Lisa Rice, vice president of marketing for American Home Shield.
