National Ramp Donates Ramp to 71 Year Old Yonkers Woman
National Ramp gives freedom back to 71-year-old Cynthia Knox who was victimized by heartless thieves who stole her wheelchair ramp on December 19, 2013.
Yonkers, NY, March 18, 2014 --(PR.com)-- National Ramp teamed up with Yonkers Mayor Mike Spano and donated a new wheelchair ramp which was installed at Knox’s residence 3 days later.
Knox uses her ramp to visit her doctor, get out to lunch with family and friends, and basically, to live a normal life. Now that she has a new ramp, out of the generosity of National Ramp, she can live her life normally again. The entire team at National Ramp is so delighted that this Yonkers resident has her freedom back.
Over 10 years ago, National Ramp was formed to fulfill a real need in the modular ramp industry. All too often, they heard from their associates that people who desperately needed their freedom back could not afford a ramp. Or, perhaps they could not get an affordable ramp built in time. To answer to these needs, National Ramp has made significant design changes to the original aluminum ramp, making it cost effective, easier to install, stronger, and safer.
National Ramp feels that they are successful if they can bring freedom back into people’s lives through their unique choices of cost effective ramps.
