When asked why the event was moved from July to October, and from CNSE to the Holiday Inn Express and Conference Center, Ms Knapp stated, "The event needed more room to grow, exhibitors wanted better placements, guests wanted additional seminars and parking had been a challenge at previous events. The move to a fall date also gives more people an opportunity to attend without conflicting with summer vacations or the Saratoga Track Season." Ms Knapp continued, "The new location will provide easy access from all directions, enhanced vendor and speaker space and on site parking. The hotel will also be doing a lunch buffet that will be open to the public at a nominal rate, allowing everyone to stay on site and enjoy the full day of seminars."
