GSF Mortgage Adds Branch to Fairfax Station, Virginia

Fairfax Station, VA, February 26, 2014 --(PR.com)-- GSF Mortgage is pleased to announce they have expanded to Virginia. Overseeing the branch is Sam Fisher, Branch Manager. Megan Patterson will be joining Fisher as a loan originator.

Fisher comes to GSF Mortgage with a strong background in sales and advertising. He owned his own cell phone business and worked in insurance. He entered the mortgage industry with no prior experience but he utilized his sales and advertising skills and became a Top Producer. He worked diligently to meet Realtors, call previous clients and run ads in newspapers in order to gain leads. He currently holds a license in Virginia, Indiana and California. In order to make himself present in those states, Fisher uses a predictive dialer.

“Always be nice to people and they will be nice to you,” says Fisher.

Patterson has worked along side of Fisher for many years, from his cell phone company to when he joined the mortgage industry. She also has a strong background in direct sales. She entered the mortgage industry in more of an assistant role and in 2005 she became a loan officer and learned how to process. Patterson tends to be a jack-of-all-trades in the industry.

Fisher and Patterson plan to continue recruiting experienced loan officers to help add to the success of their branch.
