Cushman & Wakefield Closes Sale of Celebration Place IV In Orlando Florida
Orlando, FL, February 26, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Cushman & Wakefield announced today that its Central Florida Capital Markets Group has represented CBRE Global Investors in the sale of Celebration Place IV, a five-story, 125,974-square-foot office building located in the town of Celebration, just 20 miles south of downtown Orlando. TerraCap Management Corporation purchased the Class A office building.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Investment Sales Team comprised of Executive Director Mike Davis, Senior Director Michael Lerner and Director Rick Brugge represented CBRE Global Investors in the transaction. The sale price was $17,877,000 or $142 PSF.
