Jotto Desk has proven its' commitment to quality and customer service by earning ISO 9001:2008 Certification.

Having first achieved ISO 9001:2008 certification in 2010 for the Kodiak Mobile product line, the company continues to improve upon our commitment to their customers and quality improvement by undergoing ISO 9001:2008 certification for all Jotto Desk product lines. The company’s quality management system was audited by ABS Quality Evaluations and found to be in compliance with the provisions of the ISO 9001:2008 standards. ISO 9001:2008 certification ensures that a company has met a comprehensive set of standards dictated by the International Standards Organization (ISO) covering all aspects of the business: design, development, sales, manufacturing, and service.
The audit evaluated Jotto Desk’s procedures for quality assurance, production, continuous improvement, and performance to customer expectation, internal audits, contract review and purchasing. The audit preparation was a company-wide initiative.
