Girl Scout Cookie Booth Sales Begin This Friday

Lakewood, NJ, February 28, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Craving Girl Scout cookies? Then, you’re in luck! Girl Scout cookie booth sales begin this Friday, February 28th at hundreds of local businesses and organizations throughout Monmouth and Ocean counties. Area Girl Scouts will distribute approximately 91,000 cases of Thin Mints, Samoas and six other delicious cookie varieties to customers all over our community. So far, more than 1,100 booth sales have been scheduled.

This free app lets you search for Girl Scout cookie booth locations by zip code. It also uses GPS data to automatically find the Girl Scout cookie sale closest to your current location. Additionally, customers who purchase five boxes of Girl Scout Cookies and fill out an information card will be entered into a contest to win five cases of Girl Scout Cookies, all the variety of your choice. The winner will be selected on Wednesday, April 16, and the results will be shared on the Girl Scouts of the Jersey Shore’s Facebook (facebook.com/girlscoutsofthejerseyshore) and Twitter (@GirlScoutsJS) pages.
