Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston Announces New Sales Agents

Raleigh, NC, October 01, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Bill Guy, vice president and managing broker of the Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston Crabtree office, has announced that Mary Staten, Isobel Bartz and Jim Farr have joined the firm’s Crabtree office. Staten earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland and a Masters of Education from Regent University. She was previously employed as a teacher. Bartz earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Maryland. She was a professional singer for over 15 years, and she has extensive experience with many cultures as she has traveled and lived in several different countries. Bartz is a member of the National Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS), and she spends her free time as a nursing home volunteer. McCarthy attended North Carolina State University and has several years experience in retail. Farr attended Howard Perry and Walston Real Estate School, has over 15 years experience as a visual merchandising director, and most recently has spent the last six years working in Florida real estate.
