EDANJ and NEDA Announce Networking Reception in Princeton, NJ
EDANJ and NEDA is scheduling a networking reception to feature insights from Caren Franzini.
Syracuse, NY, March 01, 2014 --(PR.com)-- NEDA and EDANJ announces an educational networking reception on March 6th from 3:30-5:30 at the Salt Creek Grille in Princeton, NJ. The event will feature Caren Franzini, who will provide her Insights on Economic Development: Excitement Across the Northeast Region.
This event will provide the opportunity to meet economic development professionals from New Jersey and the Northeast while also learning more about successful case studies.
Caren S. Franzini is best known for her distinguished public service career as the face of the NJ Economic Development Authority, where she served as Chief Executive Officer. Caren managed the creation, implementation and monitoring of EDA’s financial and real estate development programs, which in 2011 alone provided over $880 million in financial assistance that leveraged $3.4 billion in total capital investments to create over 13,000 new jobs in New Jersey. Caren was recognized in 2012 with the Franklin-Maddocks Award for Excellence in Economic Development.
This program is being offered as a joint EDANJ / NEDA activity and is being sponsored by the law firm of Sokol, Behot & Fiorenzo; Brownfield Redevelopment Solutions; GEI Consultants; and Langan Engineering. There will also be an opportunity to meet with officers of the NEDA Board of Directors, who represent our membership from Maine to Maryland, as well as learn a little more about what EDANJ and NEDA have in mind for the year ahead.
