Dr. Werner has over 40 years experience in the field of education. She is the Monroe College of Nursing Upper Division Program Coordinator at Monroe College in Bronx, New York. She prepares nursing students for leadership and administrative management positions. Dr. Werner is directly responsible for clinical theory and research nursing. She is affiliated with N.C.E., W.O.C.N., N.E.C. and I.N.S. She obtained a Ph.D. in Philosophy of Science from the Division of Nursing at Barry University in 2007. In her spare time Dr. Werner enjoys reading, animals, outdoor activities and travel.
