Mr. Schaubhut has over 32 years experience. He is the Senior Engineering Manager at ITT Exelis which is an international solutions provider focused on meeting the needs of military, government and commercial customers by providing mission-critical solutions to the aerospace, defense and military operations and other industries. He is responsible for working with defense and aerospace products, space systems communication, technical resources, proposal writing and engineering consulting. Mr. Schaubhut is a Greenbelt Six Sigma, Level B Trained-C.M.M.I. and is affiliated with the A.O.C. and I.E.E.E. He was born on October 31, 1955 in Glen Ridge, New Jersey. He obtained a M.E. in Electrical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology in 1985 and has Certifications in Management and Engineering Management. Mr. Schaubhut began his career with ITT in 1981, serving as an Electronic Warfare Radar Countermeasures Systems Design Engineer and later became Engineering Lead in the Aerospace/Communications Division. He served as a Space Systems Engineering COE Manager, Lead Systems Engineer and Director of Engineering with the Electronic Systems-FPS Division. He was Chief/Lead Systems Engineer with Exelis Electronic Systems-IEWS from 2010 to 2012 and finally served as a Senior Technical Consultant from 2012 to 2013, all with ITT. Mr. Schaubhut is married to Karen and has two children. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, running, hiking, camping, fishing and kayaking.
