Polyurethane Manufacturers Association (PMA) Announces Reaction Industries' Self-Certification Achievement

Albion, MI, October 03, 2007 --(PR.com)-- The Polyurethane Manufacturers Association's (PMA) recently announced that Reaction Industries has completed Level III/Leadership of the organization's self certification program. The PMA's self certification program was developed to help members demonstrate their compliance with environmental, health and safety requirements. The program is related to and overlaps with federal and state programs and policies which also encourage voluntary compliance with, and direction to exceed, environmental and/or health and safety requirements.

The open casting of polyurethane wheels utilizes a computer controlled, state-of-the-art meter mixing machines that bring multiple components to the pouring head at a pre-determined ratio and mixes them at high rpms before pouring the material into precision machined steel molds.
