Schreiber Chiller Integrates Into Koolant Koolers Brand

Kalamazoo, MI, March 06, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Dimplex Thermal Solutions, today, announced their intentions to integrate their two powerful chiller brands into one consistent solution for the process cooling market. As of August of this year, Schreiber Chillers, a well-known name in the welding market, will be fully integrated into the Koolant Koolers brand.

The change comes about in an effort to streamline production and provide a consistently superior product. The brands carried virtually identical product lines so the change should have minimal impact to the customer base. Schreiber customers will notice the difference in name only.

“While we recognize the brand equity we have with the Schreiber name, we also recognize the need to streamline operations in order to continue to offer quality chillers at competitive prices. This move also allows us to focus our resources on our Koolant Koolers brand that has garnered a very strong amount of brand equity across the industrial market over the last 60 years,” said Danny Thomason, Regional Sales Manager for Koolant and former Brand Manager for Schreiber.

This move is consistent with the onsite improvements as the company is also in the middle of plant expansions that will nearly double their manufacturing space from the existing 54,000 sq ft to 100,000 sq ft. This new space will help meet growing demands and optimize production. A portion of the expansion will also be dedicated to a new Research & Development Center and Customer Experience Center.
