R&B Artist Joe in Concert May 16 at Dover Downs Hotel & Casino

Joe is a notable R&B balladeer, known for his silky-smooth voice and sultry love ballads like “I’d Rather Have a Love” and the hit single duet “Love & Sex” from his tenth album Doubleback: Evolution of R&B (2013). Joe first recorded the single with artist Fantasia and then with Kelly Rowland for video release.
As a veteran musician, songwriter and today label executive, Joe has produced or collaborated on a number of works by famed artists including Barry White, Tina Turner, Brandy, Mariah Carey, LL Cool J, Dr. Dre, Ideal, Hi-Five, 98 Degrees, Brian McKnight, BeBe Winans, Angie Stone and Xscape.
