AMI - Pinpointing a Primary Player in Organizational Distension: Katie Daron

Fort Lauderdale, FL, March 07, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Originally from Orlando, Florida, Katie Daron joined the AMI team in the Tampa office after graduating from the University of South Florida in 2011. Ms. Daron has been a key player in the expansion of 3 offices. Another office is due to open by next quarter, due to her hard work and diligence in recruiting and the onboarding process.

Katie discussed that her long term goal is to run the entire recruiting process and train all Human Resources personnel in the organization nationally. On her down time from work she loves running 5k's, competing in over 25 races in 4 years. Ms. Daron stated, "I thoroughly enjoy pushing myself not only professionally, but physically." Katie is currently in the process of organizing a 5k for the AMI Fort Lauderdale office, which will donate all proceeds to one of the many nonprofit organizations AMI sponsors.
