RELYANT Awarded 3-Year EAGLE Contract with US Army
RELYANT placed on 3-year Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) under Enhanced Army Global Logistics Enterprise (EAGLE) Program.
Maryville, TN, March 07, 2014 --(PR.com)-- On March 3rd RELYANT, LLC was awarded a 3-year Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) under the Enhanced Army Global Logistics Enterprise (EAGLE) Program. RELYANT joins over 100 BOA holders to provide the Army with logistical support that includes supply, maintenance and transportation services relating, but not limited to, CONUS and OCONUS operations in logistical readiness centers, the Army's prepositioned stocks program, and other potential logistical support services required by Army customers.
The EAGLE BOA, valued at over $23B, is used by the Army Material Command to expedite global logistics. It is a mix of large of small businesses competing to perform at military installations in the US, Kuwait, Japan, Afghanistan, and other locations around the world. According to the Army Sustainment Command & Army Contracting Center – Rock Island, the EAGLE BOA “allows small business companies to combine efforts, property, skill, knowledge, financial, and human resources to increase competiveness.”
