T.A. Cook Consultants have announced the European launch of the popular Asset Management Certificate Program offered in partnership with the Centre of Maintenance and Reliability Management at the University of Toronto. The eight-day intensive course will take place from 14-23 May, 2014 in Berlin, Germany.
Berlin, Germany, March 08, 2014 --(PR.com)-- The program is developed by the University of Toronto, Faculty of Applied Science and Engineering, which is designated as one of the world’s top ten engineering schools joining MIT, Stanford, London, Cambridge and others. The course modules cover the need-to-know asset management fundamentals, as well as the newest leading-edge approaches. Designed to help those involved in plant operations, facilities management, maintenance management, or asset and maintenance controlling at large facilities, process industries or manufacturing plants – manage their assets efficiently and effectively through sound and timely decision-making.
Having run successfully for 10 years in Toronto, Hong Kong, Chile, Iran, Qatar, the U.A.E. and Australia, this certificate program has become the ‘go-to’ resource for everyone involved with asset management decisions and is being offered, for the first time, in Europe.
To ensure the course material is current, the program also features local best practice from Evonik, SAP, Wrigley, and T.A. Cook who will be joining world-renowned facilitators to share current trends, expertise and lessons learned.
“Case studies and interactive assignments make the material come to life and reinforce learning,” explained Dr. Andrew K S Jardine, Director of the Centre for Maintenance Optimization and Reliability Engineering (C-MORE) at the University of Toronto. “The course is an investment in a company’s future and a building block for a career in asset management,” he added.
The delegates will receive course materials, two evening networking events, one sight-seeing tour of Berlin, over 50 hours of classroom time, lunches and break-time refreshments, and two hard-cover books.
