Argus Self Storage Sales Network Completes Transaction of Arizona Self Storage Facility

Phoenix, AZ, March 08, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Phoenix-based AMERCO Real Estate Co., the development and acquisitions entity for The U-Haul Co., has purchased the AAA Safe Self Storage Portfolio in Kingman, Arizona, for $3,450,000. Located at 4011 Stockton Hill Road and 3179 Harrison Street, the portfolio consisted of 100,600 rentable square feet with 659 drive-up self storage units and two retail buildings. AMERCO also purchased an adjacent tract of land at the Stockton Hill location with plans to expand operations.
