FlexSim 7.1 Boasts Real-Time Analytics, Enhanced Visuals
Major release of flagship simulation software improves data collection, analysis, and visuals.
Orem, UT, March 13, 2014 --(PR.com)-- FlexSim Software Products has announced the release of FlexSim 7.1, the latest version of the company’s flagship simulation software.
This update focuses heavily on statistics and analysis, and introduces a centralized concept for the data collection in a simulation model. For the first time, the most useful analytics tools in FlexSim Chart are available in FlexSim’s own dashboard. This allows for the use of Gantt charts and financial analysis tools without first post-processing simulation data in an external program.
“The new dashboard developments in FlexSim will give users more real-time information than ever before,” said developer Alex Christensen.
FlexSim 7.1.0 will also feature significant visual enhancements, building upon the OpenGL Shaders introduced last October. These lighting and shadow effects use less system resources than before, and are now compatible with any video cards that are able to run FlexSim. The new advanced lighting effects create the appearance of depth in objects and add another level of realism to a simulation model.
