Prior to taking on his current ERM role, Mr. Zucca has been responsible for Cisco’s Global Business Resiliency teams, including the Business Continuity and Crisis Management programs. Mr. Zucca has also spent time within Cisco managing applications development groups and cross-functional programs in Cisco's Engineering & Quality and Manufacturing IT departments, where he focused on Portfolio Management, Product Lifecycle Management, and Engineering Change Management.
Mr. Zucca earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics with a concentration in Accounting at the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a Masters of Business Administration with concentrations in International Business and Information Systems at the Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University.
