EatStreet Continues to Expand Presence in Madison
Madison, WI, March 19, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Cresa Madison represented EatStreet in an expansion of their corporate headquarters at 131 West Wilson Street. EatStreet will expand their office to occupy the entire 4th floor of the Building.
EatStreet was founded in Madison and has expanded to over 13 campuses across the country. Their primary goal is to offer free and easy online ordering to college students and hungry people all over the map. EatStreet’s recent successful round of funding has enabled them to expand their service and hire more employees, which, in turn, has necessitated an office space expansion.
This is Cresa’s third transaction with EatStreet. Cresa was engaged to help EatStreet negotiate a significant expansion of their facility to accommodate their increased staff. In addition to their expansion, the negotiated terms of EatStreet’s lease provided for a complete renovation of the premises. The new premises consists of over 8,500 SF and the new “face-lift” will give the office space a clean, high-tech look, which will help the company continue to attract top notch employees.
“We are very encouraged by EatStreet’s growth,” stated Ross Rikkers, Principal at Cresa, “They are a great success story that folks in Madison can point to as evidence of our strong startup market.”
