Michael Shaw Photography Opens its Doors in Scotland
Well-established Costa del Sol wedding photographers open in Perthshire.
Enochdhu, United Kingdom, January 14, 2006 --(PR.com)-- Professional wedding and portrait photographers Michael Shaw Photography, has expanded into Perthshire from its base in Fuengirola in the Costa del Sol, Spain.
“Being already well established in the Costa del Sol, we decided to expand and chose Scotland as the next step towards becoming truly international wedding and portrait photographers. We chose Scotland because the architecture and landscape there lends itself very well to our image, for the castles, glens, lochs and beautiful terrain present a wonderful backdrop to any wedding”, says Michael Shaw, founder.
The business in the Costa del Sol will continue as normal due to the close-knit team of Michael Shaw photographers who ensure that no bride will be disappointed. “We can fully meet all appointments made, whether in Scotland or in the Costa del Sol,” affirms Michael Shaw.
In Spain, the areas covered include Fuengirola, Marbella, Puerto Banus, Mijas Costa and Malaga. In Scotland, the areas covered include Perth, Dundee, Blairgowrie, Gleneagles, St Andrews and Edinburgh.
Michael Shaw Photography has been offering quality classic and reportage wedding and portrait photography since 1988. It was founded by Michael Shaw who has always had a passion for the art of photography. The company comprises a small team of fully UK-qualified photographers. All the work from beginning to end is controlled in-house to ensure a high standard of quality. From humble beginnings helping to start a local photographic club near Southampton in 1966, Michael’s repertoire covers weddings, portraiture and commercial photography. However, more recently weddings have become his speciality. “Inspired by Lord Lichfield’s portrait works, my photographs always involve women somewhere. A Bride is the pinnacle of my art.” Having now photographed over 400 weddings, Michael Shaw Photography has the edge over most other photographers in the wedding photography field. Norwegian, Danish, Russian, Irish, Canadian, Greek and British traditional wedding procedures are now included in the company’s multi-national portfolio.
