Sarasota, FL, March 20, 2014 --(PR.com)-- GSF Mortgage is excited to welcome Ruth Watkins and her team. Watkins is joined by Joshua Rosensweet and Pat Tiso; both of whom are loan originators.

Watkins comes to GSF with more than 3 decades of experience in the mortgage industry. She knew she wanted to get into the mortgage industry after working with Installment loans at Kirby. She started her career as a junior processor and quickly gained knowledge of the other departments. With knowledge of all of the facets of the industry, Watkins had the inspiration to start her own company; she is the founder of Florida’s first outsourced independent processing agency. She says her expertise is in problem solving and fast closings.

Rosensweet graduated Magna Cum laude from the University of New Mexico. He has been originating loans for 11 years. Rosensweet enjoys a fast paced lifestyle with wife, 2 daughters and a Labradoodle. Rosensweet will be working along side of Beverly Sullivan, his partner in California.

Tiso is an industry veteran with 30 years in the industry. Throughout the years, he has owned 2 independent mortgage companies and has always remained as a loan originator. He is very hands on and puts himself in the customer’s shoes. He prides himself on always going to his closings--- a conduct many loan officers have deviated from. Because of this, he is proud to have become friends with many of his past customers. Tiso has 6 children--- 3 boys and 3 girls.
