National firm recognizes three Lyon Communities for residents’ satisfaction.
Newport Beach, CA, March 20, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Three Lyon Communities’ apartment communities have been honored for delivering exceptional customer service to its residents by J Turner Research, a leading marketing research firm exclusively serving the multifamily industry.
The St. Claire team in Santa Maria, latitude33 team in Escondido and gallery421 team in Long Beach received the J Turner Excellence in Customer Service Recognition. The three communities achieved extremely positive average satisfaction scores, all ranking in the top 35 out of 1,200 communities nationwide. gallery421 was ranked 32nd, latitude33 was ranked 24th and St. Claire was ranked 14th across the nation.

The rankings were based on a random monthly sampling of resident responses to a variety of customer service related questions.
Responses were converted into a unique Turner Apartment Loyalty index score that ranked communities on a scale of 0-10. Communities achieving a Turner Apartment Loyalty index score equal to or greater than 7.5 were recognized as part of an elite ranking of communities for their ability to deliver exceptional customer service to residents.
