Royal Oaks Homes, LLC Opens New Design Center as Part of Office Expansion

Raleigh, NC, March 22, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Royal Oaks Homes, LLC, an award-winning residential homebuilder, has announced the opening of its new multi-featured design center as part of a recent office expansion. Connecting to the firm’s existing design center, this addition will showcase more selection options included in Royal Oaks Homes’ top-quality new homes, as well as allow the firm to meet with more customers and review the state-of-the-art features available for consideration. With the expanded center, Royal Oak Homes’ two on-site design consultants can run separate simultaneous appointments to help guide homebuyers on their choices without distraction.

Among the featured options are:
- An expanded lighting fixtures packages, such as ceiling, vanity and outdoor lighting as well as pendant and chandelier lighting options;
- Plumbing fixtures, including showerheads, bath spigots, bathroom faucets and sink faucets;
- A dual sink bathroom vanity with a matte finished cultured marble countertop, square sinks, brushed nickel finish plumbing fixtures and accessories, under sink cabinets and drawers, and a brushed nickel finish framed full-view plate glass mirror;

These features expand upon those highlighted in the original design center. The original center includes displays of granite countertops, kitchen sinks, kitchen plumbing fixtures, kitchen cabinets, drawers and overhead cabinets. The original center also has installed a non-functioning true-to-size fireplace for review.

The rest of the recent office expansion for Royal Oaks involved the addition of six new offices and a larger conference room, as well as a new guest bathroom displaying plumbing features, a free-standing sink and beveled mirror.
